We are producers and exporters of mash, puree, concentrate and dehydrated chili peppers since 1976. Our clients are primarily from the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Currently we are working with the following varieties: Cayenne, Jalapeño, Habanero, Serrano and Amarillo. Each one has characteristic flavor profile, spiciness and color. We strive to work with each client to select the most appropriate variety or blend of varieties for their final product. Our mash has no artificial flavor or color. We use fermentation and salt to set the color, spiciness, aroma and flavor.
