For the past 45+ years, we have produced and exported spicy ingredients to clients in local and international markets (US, EU, UK, Middle East). We have valuable experience in the production and export of fermented, aged, pureed and concentrated chili peppers of the Capsicum genus.
We use chili peppers produced by local farmers. To whom we provide the seeds, technical assistance, and collection of their crops. In Colombia, we handle approximately 300 hectares through 80 different farmers who produce Tabasco, Cayenne, Jalapeno and Habanero peppers.
COMPACTO is a stable concentrated mash available with or without seeds or skins. It contains only pepper, salt and a stabilizing agent as vinager or acetic acid. It can be used in the food industry as well as an ingredient for the HORECA sector.
Shelf life: 2 years
Environmental: each kg contains 50% lower carbon footprint, 5 times less waste generated and 20% less energy used when compared to our traditional mash.
Our standard product is a fermented mash of any pepper variety. It contains only pepper and salt. This mash can be pureed and available without seeds or skins. it is ideal for sauce producers or as an ingredient for any food industry.

All our varieties and our COMPACTO products are available as dehydrated flakes or dehydrated powder.
